  • Software Quality Product Engineer
    Position Summary:

    Design, test, integrate, application software utilizing MySQL, Visio, Rally, SharePoint, Confluence, Delphix, Jenkins, Ansible, AWS S3, Tableau, Bitbucket, NodeJS, HTML, CSS, Phython, Shell Scripting, Framework. 

    Position Responsibilities and Requirements:
    • Must be willing to travel and relocate to unanticipated client locations throughout the US.
    • Must have proof of legal authority to work in the United States.
    • Work hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
    Qualifications:
    • MS in Computer Science, Sci, Engg or rel.

  • Workflow/BPM Solution Architect/Developer
    Position Summary:

    The Workflow / BPM Solution Architect or Developer will be responsible for software integration, customization, and support of client BPMS tools with backend RDBMS and Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software products. Developermay be required to attend training as needed on client BPMS tools and support all project activities. 

    Position Responsibilities and Requirements:
    • Collaborate with business SMEs and project team members to prepare software requirements specifications and prototypes for translation into structured application programs.
    • Configure, debug, unit, systems, integration test and document new applications and enhancements including, but not limited to forms, reports, records, business rules, underlying logic and interface components (web services and others) on development projects as assigned.
    • Collaborate with database administrators, data stewards, quality assurance team, system engineers, network engineers and other staff to implement developed solution, ensure data integrity, consistency, security and privacy.
    • Assist project manager in estimating durations for tasks, deliverables and activities.
    • Adhere to organizational policies, standards and best practices in application development, documentation, and maintenance that support the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) following an Agile development approach
    • Provide technical expertise and actively participate in creating systems development, software, hardware, and application development standards, procedures and policies
    Qualifications:
    • Experience and proven skills working with clients in complex business environments.
    • Experience and expertise in Java development, object oriented design and development

  • Project Manager
    Position Summary:

    Project Managers are responsible for managing Information Technology projects by applying proven methodologies such as the PMI project management methodology in conjunction with the client’s SDLC methodology. You will be required to successfully manage all phases of the project life cycle, risks, issues and lead a multi-disciplinary team of IT and business professionals, and effectively communicate with all project stakeholders.

    Position Responsibilities and Requirements:
    • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment with aggressive timelines
    • Ability to manage large, complex IT program or project implementations/upgrades, preferably within a regulated industry (e.g. Life Sciences / Healthcare with pharma R&D areas a plus)
    • Knowledge/experience managing multiple programs or projects with proven delivery through full lifecycle from needs analysis, requirements through deployment/support
    • Experienced in adapting program or project methodology to programs or projects of various size and scope/ complexity
    • Demonstrated program or project management skills including ability to create and manage program or project plans and schedules, issues management, change management, risk mitigation.
    • Strong judgment, negotiation, problem solving and analytical skills
    • Detail oriented and can manage plans, status dashboards and update them with all leads and key stakeholders
    • Provide status updates and manage risks and issues, governance support for project and program change management
    • Ability to work with ArborSys team and client leadership to identify/mitigate issues, track progress and budget against work-plan, escalate issues as appropriate

  • Quality Assurance/Validation Specialist
    Position Summary:

    The Information Systems(IS) Quality/Validation subject matter expert (SME) will be responsible to provide guidance on validation and testing strategies for client projects with integrations to multiple applications and data sources and design/ develop validation documentation in collaboration with the client validation team. Expertise and knowledge on project based risk, complexity, and other relevant factors are required within regulated industries (e.g. Life Sciences, Healthcare with Pharma R&D a major plus).

    Position Responsibilities and Requirements:
    • Ability to design and develop validation strategies and plans
    • Leadership on validation strategies for system implementations and changes to ensure solutions are demonstrated as fit for purpose
    • IS Quality/Validation on projects with CFR Part 11
    • Partner with the application owners and system implementation teams to ensure CFR Part 11 compliance
    • Provide consultation and support as required to meet project goals and objectives.
    • Develop validation documentation such Validation Plans and perform Quality review and sign-off of computer system control documents
    • Review requirements packages and provide compliance & quality inputs to the requirements engineering process - Manage multiple simultaneous validation, revalidation, and change control activities.
    • Provide compliance / validation leadership to project teams and validation contractors
    • Review and approve validation and test protocols for adequacy and completeness.
    • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement in the Systems Life Cycle
    • Maintain validation related metrics and reports performance to management
    Qualifications:
    • Minimum of Bachelor's degree
    • 10+ years of IS or Quality Validation work experience writing and executing validation documentation in the biopharmaceutical industry.
    • Excellent knowledge of validation, quality assurance, information systems, and risk management best practices.
    • Knowledge of GxP (GCP preferred) and CFR Part 11. Must be well organized and willing to work as part of a team
    • Test automation experience a plus
    • Knowledge of the application of ITIL best practices for IT Service Management preferred

  • Business/Technical Analyst
    Position Summary:

    The Business (BA)/Technical Analyst will be responsible for the analysis and definition of requirements for within regulated industries, preferably in Life Sciences / Healthcare. The BA will work with all process owners and subject matter experts within the client environment to capture business processes and requirements. The BA will be involved in all aspects of the project lifecycle, including process design, the analysis of user, functional and technical requirements, the development of requirement specifications and use cases, and assisting during the testing phases.

    Position Responsibilities and Requirements:
    • Ability to see the big picture as well as the details and to be able to ask the right questions to gain insight into business processes, business needs, and interdependencies
    • Quickly understand the business issues and challenges of the client's organization
    • Setup, coordinate, and drive meetings and/or workshops with global stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements
    • Create cohesive artifacts for the documentation of process maps (as-is and to-be), user, functional and technical requirements, use cases, and requirements’ specifications
    • Determine the effects of business process changes on existing applications
    • Identify the client organization's strengths and weaknesses and suggest areas of standardization or improvement
    • Collaborate with Information Technology, Change Management, Training, and Testing/Validation teams to ensure clear understanding of business processes and requirements throughout the project lifecycle
    Qualifications:
    • 10+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably at a Biotech or Pharma company.
    • Prior experience in a process design, process standardization, and/or process improvement role
    • Proficient in developing process and requirements documentation
    • Proficient with using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
    • Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
    • Must be able to work well with a global client at all levels

  • Content Analyst
    Position Summary:

    He/she must be detail and process oriented, highly organized, and technically savvy with MS Office products (specifically MS Word). The professional we seek must have excellent oral and written communications skills to interact with all levels of an organization, must have excellent listening skills, and must be able to handle multiple requests or projects at one time. Experience within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred.

    Position Responsibilities and Requirements:
    • Analyze existing clinical documents and templates to identify content for standardization
    • Work with client subject matter experts to gain agreement on the clinical content for standardization
    • Recommend and implement content changes in technology-enabled Word documents (e.g., that have embedded content controls)
    • Perform testing of Word add-ins and related documents
    • Gather and document business or functional requirements, and update documentation when necessary
    • Prepare end user documentation and training materials
    • Gather and prepare supporting project documentation
    Qualifications:
    • 5-10 years as a medical or technical writer in the pharmaceutical or biotech environment
    • Experience in writing and/or reviewing clinical documents such as protocols, clinical study reports, investigator's brochures, study operations manuals, informed consent forms, monitoring plans, and investigator contracts.
    • A strong knowledge of international GCP guidelines (e.g., ICH) and current regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA) that are related/applicable to the conduct of clinical trials.
    • Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
    • Demonstrated strong problem-solving and multi-tasking capabilities
