We work collaboratively with our clients IT department to identify the appropriate technology fit for the solution. Our approach of rapid application prototyping supports continual review and assessment of the developing system through the project lifecycle for early feedback and change management planning. We provide both end-user and application administration training, and assist our clients in system deployment and change management. Our team will work within the clients IT governance or COE framework, or assist in defining the appropriate governance models as part of the change management.

Customized turnkey projects can incorporate onshore project management and solution architects from our NJ office, in conjunction with developers from our offshore development center in India. This business model helps our customers utilize our diverse resources and develop cost–effective solutions while minimizing the risk of managing a distributed development team. ArborSys will manage the team with our local resources, and own delivery of the full solution.
